A. Daniel Bishop, DO

A. Daniel Bishop, DO is an obstetrician and gynecologist at Seasons Women’s Center, part of Madisonhealth. He provides comprehensive care for women through every stage of life, from preventive care and pregnancy to advanced gynecologic surgery. He is fluent in both English and Tagalog.

Dr. Bishop earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Aultman Hospital/Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).

His clinical interests include prenatal care, women’s health, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and the treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding. He performs robotic-assisted hysterectomies, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and long-acting reversible contraception procedures, including IUD placement.

Dr. Bishop and his family fell in love with Idaho while he attended medical school. Being close to extended family in southeast Idaho and surrounded by abundant outdoor recreation made it an easy decision to return. He and his wife enjoy raising their two daughters here and spending time outdoors whenever they can. An avid runner, he also enjoys skiing and cycling.
