Ashley Winegar, NP

Ashley Winegar, FNP, is a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who provides care at Rexburg Medical Center. She has a special interest in women’s health and preventative care, including Nexplanon insertions, IUD insertions, and Pap smears, helping patients maintain their health through every stage of life.

Ashley earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Herzing University and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ashley worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Madison Memorial Hospital, where she developed a passion for caring for women and families.

Ashley believes in building strong, trusting relationships with every patient. Her approach to care focuses on involving patients in the decision-making process, providing clear information about treatment options, and respecting each patient’s choices.

Ashley and her husband were both raised in Rexburg, Idaho, and she is proud to care for patients in the community she calls home. They have four children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, knitting, crocheting, camping, and traveling—especially anywhere with a beach.
