Dr. Colby Brower is a board-certified Family Medicine physician at Rigby Medical Center, providing full-spectrum care with a particular interest in obstetrics and pediatrics. He is passionate about treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—and works closely with each patient to understand their individual values, goals, and preferences.

A graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine (WWAMI Program), Dr. Brower completed his residency through the Idaho State University Family Medicine Residency – Rexburg Rural Training Track. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and has been practicing since 2021.

Dr. Brower was raised just outside of Saint Anthony, Idaho, on a small family farm. He completed his undergraduate studies at BYU–Idaho. He and his wife—whom he’s known since age 11 and who is also a local—are raising four wonderful children. In his free time, Dr. Brower enjoys anything outdoors, especially activities involving firearms or horses. He’s also a fan of baseball, hockey, and relaxing at home with his family and a bowl of homemade popcorn for a good movie night.
