Corey Smith, PharmD., BCOP

Corey Smith earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Texas A&M Rangel College of Pharmacy in Kingsville, Texas.  In 2013, he completed a Post Graduate Year (PGY-1) residency at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Temple in Temple, Texas.  He was hired on at the Baylor Scott & White Vasicek Cancer Center after completing residency as an Infusion/Ambulatory Oncology Pharmacist.  Corey became a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist in 2016.

Corey has interests in oncology, infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacy informatics.  He ensures all patients who come to Madison Health receive high quality, evidence-based care.  His goal is for every patient to feel seen, known, and to have someone advocating for them.

Corey and his wife have two children and have lived in Idaho since 2019.  He enjoys woodworking, gardening, technology, watching movies with his family, and spending time with them
