David F. Daniels, DO
Dr. David Daniels is a family medicine physician and Rexburg native who has cared for local families for more than 27 years. After graduating from Madison High School, he attended Ricks College before earning his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Idaho State University and returned home to serve the community where he was raised.
Dr. Daniels and his wife, also a Rexburg native, have three children and enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
