Eric T. Cook, DO

Eric Cook, DO, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician caring for patients in the Emergency Department at Madisonhealth’s Madison Memorial Hospital. With more than two decades of experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Cook brings extensive clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to providing compassionate, timely care to patients experiencing acute illnesses and injuries.

Dr. Cook earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. He completed his emergency medicine residency in 2003, training at seven hospitals throughout Chicago and Northwest Indiana. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from DePaul University and is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Cook developed an appreciation for the region during his late teens and early 20s, when he frequently traveled to the Tetons and surrounding areas to backpack. He looks forward to once again enjoying the area’s natural beauty and easy access to the outdoors while serving the patients and families of the Madisonhealth community.
