Nathaniel Ward, MD

Nathaniel Ward, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who cares for patients in the Emergency Department at Madison Memorial Hospital. A physician since 2015, he has particular interests in emergency medicine, orthopedic injuries, and critical care.

Dr. Ward earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont and completed his residency at Maine Medical Center. His approach to care is centered on doing everything he can to improve each patient’s health and quality of life.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Ward enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters, and their two dogs. Together, they enjoy skiing, biking, camping, and other outdoor adventures.
