Nichole Jeppesen, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner and co-owner of Complete Family Care, a Madisonhealth partner practice. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, women’s health, general medicine, and mental health. Born and raised in Rexburg, Nichole began her healthcare career as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department at Madison Memorial Hospital. She later earned her nurse practitioner degree from Idaho State University and became board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Having lived, worked, and raised her family in Rexburg, Nichole has a strong understanding of the community and its healthcare needs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, eating good food, and spending time with her husband and their three daughters.

I went in for an echocardiograph/gram and meant yet another wonderful person! Mrs. Marci Debbie in Echo performed my procedure and I am so glad to have gone in that day at that time. Mrs. Marci was so professional, caring and an amazing person to have gotten to meet and know in our brief but memorable time that we shared together. Mrs. Marci is another outstanding employee in the Madison Memorial arsenal of professionals and staff members. Best ER experience I ever had. Staff were awesome!! From the registrar to the triage nurse to the nurse to the phlebotomist to the Dr to the ultra sound tech. Everyone of them were knowledgeable, kind and had a pleasant and positive disposition. The Er was full and I was seen almost immediately and was discharged almost immediately after all my test results came back ok. Highly recommend this ER

We had such a great experience here under the circumstances. We had to drive in from Island Park to get our daughter’s broken arm set while on vacation. Lauren, our ER nurse, and Dr Wells, who did the reduction, were both amazing and so kind through the whole process! Not only did they show respect and care for us as parents but also were so kind to my young, scared daughter. They were thorough and confident and we are appreciative of all that was done to ease our fears and help our daughter heal. We were also checked in and seen so quickly, I was shocked to be back in a room and seen as quickly as we were in a hospital ER. Great care from the ER team!

I will never forget the warmth I felt at this hospital. I’m Chinese, traveling alone to Yellowstone when I suddenly got sick. It took over two hours by ambulance to get me from Yellowstone to a hospital in a nearby town. Being sick alone in a small town, far from home with no family or friends around, was really scary. My English isn’t great, so I had to type almost everything into a translation app to communicate. I felt truly helpless at that moment. The EMS team was so patient and professional, taking care of me the whole way and getting me safely to the hospital. Once I got to the ER, the doctors, nurses, and everyone else were also incredibly patient. When I used my translation app, they even arranged an interpreter for me, to make sure I could fully understand everything and express myself clearly. No one ever showed impatience because of the language barrier, and no one made me feel embarrassed about it. I’m really grateful for that. I especially want to thank Emily, the nurse who took care of me. Before I was discharged, she asked how I planned to get back to my hotel. I said I’d probably try Uber or a taxi, and asked if it was easy to get a ride around there. She said it might not be easy — could take a while — and then said, “If you need help, I can drive you back to your hotel.” That sentence was the warmest part of this whole trip. I wasn’t able to finish my Yellowstone trip as planned, but I gained something else instead. What stays with me most isn’t that my plans got disrupted, but that when I was at my most helpless, I met such kind people. Thank you to the EMS team who got me to the hospital safely, and thank you to Emily and everyone in the ER who took care of me. Thank you for your professionalism and patience. Getting sick was supposed to be the worst part of this trip — instead, it became the part I remember most clearly. Thank you all.
