Rex Allen Meredith, PA

Rex Allen Meredith, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in patient care, currently practicing in orthopedic medicine at Madisonhealth. He began his medical career in internal medicine, where he served the Rexburg community for eight years and built lasting relationships with many patients and families.

Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, Rex developed an early interest in healthcare while serving an LDS mission in Wisconsin, where he learned to speak Hmong and often provided translation services in medical settings. This experience sparked a desire to pursue a career in medicine.

Rex completed his undergraduate education at Idaho State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Zoology. He went on to attend Alderson-Broaddus University—one of the original PA programs—where he received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He has been practicing in Rexburg since 2011.

Now working alongside Dr. Eysser in orthopedic medicine, Rex is honored to collaborate with a physician he has long respected for his outstanding patient care.

“I feel incredibly blessed to live in Rexburg and care for this amazing community. It’s a privilege to now work with Dr. Eysser, whose outcomes I’ve admired for years.”
