Scott Russell Hardy, DO

Scott Russell Hardy, DO, provides primary care for children, teens, and adults at Seasons Adult & Family Care, a clinic of Madisonhealth. With a holistic approach to family medicine and special attention to the needs of geriatric patients, Dr. Hardy values the relationships he builds with those he serves. He considers his patients friends and wants each person to feel heard, cared for, and supported.

Dr. Hardy earned his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He is board-certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians and has practiced medicine since 1988.

Dr. Hardy raised his family in the area and has spent many years exploring the surrounding mountains. He enjoys hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and gardening. Although he appreciates machines as useful tools, he is happiest in quiet places filled with birdsong, gentle rain, green fields, and the natural sights and scents of the outdoors. As he good-naturedly admits, he is “schmaltzy” when it comes to appreciating life’s peaceful moments.
