The setup is simple. Accessing your health records from Madisonhealth and its clinics through your iPhone is as easy as 1..2..3

Here's How It Works

1. Go to the Health Data section and selecting Health Records on the Health app on your iPhone

2. Add an account and search for a Madisonhealth Health Partners

3. Log in with the user name and password that you normally use for Madisonhealth Patient Portal

After you log in once, your health records will start to appear in the Health app, and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.
