After completing Medical School in Kirksville, Dr. Dustin spent two years in Provo, Utah doing clinical studies through the Kirksville out-reach program. Dr. Dustin then entered a rural family medicine residency program in Pocatello, Idaho to help him achieve his dream of becoming a small town doctor. After falling in love with eastern Idaho he moved to Burley, Idaho where he worked for Family Health Services for 6 years.

Through his medical career, he has grown to love all facets of family medicine from, newborns, pediatrics and adolescents, to primary care for adults and the elderly. He has experience with many procedures including simple stitches to vasectomies.

Through the many different areas that he has lived, Dr. Dustin has always found comfort in the mountains. He has spent numberless hours on his mountain bike in the mountains where he has lived. He also loves racing road bikes and since moving to Burley has developed a love for triathlons. When not working as a doctor much of his time is spent training for the next upcoming race or working with his new found hobby of woodworking.
