Lesley D. Goulding, NP

Lesley Goulding is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) with more than 20 years of dedicated experience in oncology and palliative care. She currently serves patients at Madisonhealth, where she has played an instrumental role in expanding and enhancing cancer care services.

Lesley began her clinical career at Teton Cancer Institute, where she was a certified chemotherapy nurse from 2004 to 2016. Her early years in oncology laid a strong foundation for her compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

In 2017, Lesley earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in Iowa. That same year, she was invited to help launch the palliative care program at St. Luke’s in Twin Falls. There, she worked collaboratively with physicians, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop a comprehensive model of care for patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses. Her work extended across a variety of clinical settings—including home health, skilled nursing facilities, emergency departments, ICUs, and inpatient hospital units.

Passionate about improving the quality of life for her patients, Lesley went on to become a board-certified Advanced Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner. In 2021, she returned to her hometown to join Madisonhealth, where she once again turned her focus to oncology. Over the past three years, she has helped grow and shape the department, completing additional advanced oncology training through MD Anderson and the Oncology Nursing Society.

Outside of her clinical work, Lesley finds her greatest joy in family life. She treasures time spent creating meaningful memories with her loved ones and brings that same warmth, empathy, and wholehearted care to every patient she serves.
