Nicole Lybbert, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Nicole Lybbert, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a doctorally trained Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. She helps individuals navigate mental health challenges, diagnoses, and life transitions through a holistic, patient-centered approach that includes medication management, therapy, and lifestyle modifications. With extensive training in EMDR, DBT, and group therapy, she tailors treatment to each patient’s unique needs.

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nursing from BYU-Idaho and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. She has worked as a nurse at Madison Memorial Hospital, taught at BYU-Idaho, and is deeply invested in the Rexburg community, where she is raising her family.

Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her children, spending time with friends, traveling, and running. Nicole strives to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
