Vaccination Update
All students, trainees, volunteers, and/or other individuals who provide care, treatment, or other services for the Hospital and/or its patients under contract or by other arrangements must report their vaccination status for both Flu (required) and Covid-19 (recommended) with the most updated vaccination. Individuals should report this data to the Madisonhealth Education Department. All schools or organizations must also report this data as a whole before each semester to the Madisonhealth Education department.
