Dr. Kevin Lee was raised in Rexburg, Idaho. He received his associate degree from Ricks College in Zoology and graduated with highest honors and awarded the Spori Scholarship while at Ricks College. He continued his studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Zoology as a Cum laude graduate and at that time was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

He pursed his medical training at University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and graduated with honors. He was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor society in 1991 while a medical student at the University of Washington. He performed his general surgical internship at Oregon Health Sciences University from 1992 to 1993.

He successfully completed his orthopedic residency in 1997 at the Oregon Health Sciences University. As of 1999, Dr. Lee is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He also carries a subspecialty certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Lee is a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the Idaho Medical Association and Idaho Orthopedic Society.
