Nurse Egan Gives Thanks to the Team Who Saved Her Husband’s Life I just wanted to express my profound gratitude and appreciation to the many people of this wonderful hospital for the love, concern, caring, and support we have been the recipients of. When Howard suffered his cardiac arrest, I couldn’t think of anything else. The ER staff jumped in and did a remarkable job, the CODE team. Everyone was “just” doing their job, but it was lifesaving and made all the difference. We are so thankful for the donated hours, the calls, the support and the many other acts of kindness, known to us and those that were anonymous.
