Madison Memorial Hospital has lost 525.2 pounds during the last two months of our Biggest Loser Contest. This week the winner was Blake Portmann with a loss of 1.4%. We asked Blake what he did to continue losing weight in the contest. Below is a podcast of his plan to losing weight:
